Stefanie Lampert realized In situ work in the Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden's studio space 45cbm. Her work shows color field painting based on architecture, which equally defragments the space and extends it by one dimension.

Stefanie Lampert was born in 1966 in Pforzheim, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe in the class of Rainer Küchenmeister, Antonio Dias and Ernst Caramelle, where she was also a master student. After her studies, she received a scholarship from the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Scholarships abroad have taken her to Paris, Basel, The Hague and Porto, where she worked for a longer period and her works have been shown in exhibitions.

She realized several art in architecture projects and 2008 won the competition for the extension of the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe. Her works, among other places, have been shown in Kunstverein Karlsruhe and Pforzheim, Museum Ritter, Waldenbuch, Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris, Kunsthalle Karlsruhe, Städtische Gallerie Tuttlingen, Museum de Faculdade de Belas Artes, Porto, Matthildenhöhe Darmstadt, Gallery Koninglijke Academy vom Beeldende Kunsten, The Hague.
