DECLARATION ON ACCESSIBILITY

The Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden aims to make its websites accessible in accordance with § 10 paragraph 1 of the State Disability Equality Act (Landesbehindertengleichstellungsgesetzes, L-BGG).

Due to the following incompatibilities, these websites are partially compatible with Section 10 (1) L-BGG.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Disproportionate burden

The SKBB relaunched its website in January 2024. Due to personnel capacities, it is only possible for the SKBB to have accessibility-specific content produced externally and to have existing content checked and adapted in the form of external services. To this end, a project has been initiated for 2025 that will develop content in DGS and DEL, for example, in collaboration with affected focus groups.

Non-text content

The Kunsthalle is currently revising all non-text content, especially with regard to accessible descriptions in alternative texts. These will be successively expanded.

Accessibility of documents

The Kunsthalle is currently revising all content, especially with regard to the accessibility of documents. These are being checked with the PAC and successively replaced.

Language

The current SKBB website has no content in DGS (German Sign Language) or DEL (German Simple Language). A project has been initiated for 2025 that will also develop content in DGS and DEL in collaboration with the focus groups concerned.
